Birthday Parties

Gymboree Birthday Parties are targeted at children between the ages of 1 year and 4 years old. The standard party package is 1 hours and 30 minutes and includes free play, fun teacher-led activities and refreshment time. Children of all ages will enjoy playing on our colorful equipment and participating in our special birthday parachute, musical and play activities.

Our birthday party packages are open to members and non-members. For safety purposes, we strongly request that no more than 20 children (including the birthday child) are invited and all children are under 5 years of age. Also, we require that all children attending are accompanied by an adult at all times.

Pricing

Package for up to 14 children:
(Up to 10 children for 4 year-old birthdays)
Member’s Price (including tax): ￥43,000 (Deposit: ￥20,000)
Non-Member’s Price (including tax): ￥53,000 (Deposit: ￥25,000)

Package for between 15-20 children:
(Between 11-20 children for 4 year-old birthdays)
Member’s Price (including tax): ￥53,000 (Deposit: ￥25,000)
Non-Member’s Price (including tax): ￥63,000 (Deposit: ￥30,000)

Reservations

* Dates fill up quickly so please book your child’s party as much in advance as possible. (The reservation period for birthday parties is from 3 months to 30 days before your desired date.)
* Reservations must be made in-person at the site reception desk.
* Customer will be required to sign the application form and pay the deposit at the time of reservation. Please make sure to review the contract in full before signing and paying your deposit.
*We cannot accept credit card payments so please be prepared to pay in cash.

Customized party themes (animal, transportation, prince and princess)
Additional guests (max. 25 kids): ￥2,000 per additional child
Music and/or Art activities: Music activities are free of charge, Art activities start at ￥200 per child
Goody bags for guests: All retail products are 20% off
30 min. extension: ￥5,000
